Hyperlocal Return Policy

For customers within a 20 km delivery radius, a 24-hour return window is provided from the time of delivery. This policy covers all products.

  • Return Conditions:
    • You may request returns if the product received is different from your order.
    • Returns are accepted for expired or damaged products.

All return requests must be verified with an unboxing video. Customers must have a unboxing video before raising requests and the invoice details should be clearly visible in the video and there will be no other questions asked for instant refund.

For deliveries beyond the 20 km radius, the general return policy applies. Refer to the General Return policy below for more information.

General Returns Policy

  • Eligibility: Applicable products are returnable within the return window if they are physically damaged, missing parts, defective, or different from the description.
  • Technician Visit: For certain electronics, we may schedule a technician visit to your location for issue resolution.
  • Return Process: Returns are processed if the product is undamaged, matches the shipped item, and is returned with all accessories in original condition.
  • Personal Information: Remove personal information from electronic devices before returning.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Products marked as "non-returnable" cannot be returned, but damaged or defective items will be refunded or replaced.
  • Replacement Eligibility: Replacement is available only if the same item is in stock with the seller.
  • International Orders: International orders are eligible for refunds but not returns.
  • Misuse Policy: Excessive returns or order cancellations may result in account actions.

Fraud Prevention Policy

    • Account Suspension: Any fraud by customers or sellers, including returning or dispatching different or damaged items, will result in account suspension.
    • Refund and Withdrawal Rights: GoStreet customer support reserves the right to deny refunds to customers and withdrawals to sellers involved in fraudulent activities.
    • Mandatory Video Evidence: It is mandatory for sellers to provide video evidence of dispatching ordered products, and for customers to record the handover of the returned item to the courier. The ordered product must be clearly visible in the video for identification purposes.
    • Support Compliance: Failure to adhere to these conditions may result in GoStreet withholding refunds or withdrawals for both sellers and customers.
